Day 1: Arrival – Bagdogra to Phuentsholing

Pick-up from Bagdogra Airport and transfer to Phuentsholing.
Meet and greet on arrival. Explore the local surroundings.
Overnight stay in Phuentsholing.

Day 2: Phuentsholing to Thimphu – En Route Sightseeing

After breakfast, process permits and drive to Thimphu.
Visit Kharbandi Gompa & Milarepa Lhakhang.
Enjoy spectacular mountain views via Gedu (9,000 ft) and a photo stop at Wankha Waterfalls.
Arrive in Thimphu and check in at the hotel.

How difficult is the Tiger’s Nest trek?

The Tiger’s Nest (Taktsang Monastery) trek is moderate. It takes around 4–6 hours round trip. Basic fitness is enough, and ponies are available for partial ascent.

Is 10 days too long for a first Bhutan trip?

If you value depth over speed, 10 days is ideal. Bhutan requires time to understand. Many travellers say they could have stayed even longer. The pace is comfortable throughout.

How much total road travel is involved?

Approximately 900-1,100 km across 10 days. No single day has more than 6-7 hours driving, all with planned scenic stops and lunch breaks.

Is SDF included for all 9 nights?

Yes. Rs. 1,200 per person per night for all 9 nights is fully included. No additional government charges during or after the trip.

What is the best season for a 10-day Bhutan tour?

March to May for spring rhododendrons and clear skies. September to November for post-monsoon clarity. The Tsechu festival season in Oct/Nov adds cultural depth.

Note:- Valid ID proof (Voter ID / Passport / Driving Licence). PAN Card & Aadhar Card is not acceptable. In case of a child below 18 years bring Aadhar or Birth Certificate. 4 Passport sized photographs of each person.

Payment Policy

Bookings Made 60 to 30 Days Prior to Tour Date
An advance payment of 30% of the total tour cost + 5% GST is required at the time of booking. The balance amount must be paid as per the company payment schedule communicated at the time of confirmation.
Bookings Made 20 Days Prior to Tour Date
An advance payment of 30% of the total tour cost + 5% GST is required at the time of booking. Upon issuance of the hotel confirmation voucher (within 3 business days), an additional 20% of the total tour cost + 5% GST must be paid. The remaining balance amount must be settled on the day of arrival.
