This 5 night 6 day Bhutan tour package from Bagdogra takes you by road through Phuentsholing, Thimphu and Paro, with a private car, 3-star hotels and a guide throughout. You cross the border at Phuentsholing, drive up through Gedu and Chukha to Thimphu, and spend a full day among its dzongs, museums and the giant Buddha Point. You then continue to Paro for Rinpung Dzong, the National Museum and a view of Tiger’s Nest, before returning to Bagdogra. Breakfast and dinner are included at every hotel. The trip suits families, couples and small groups who want a first Bhutan trip with entry formalities and transfers handled for them.
Our representative meets you at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Station and drives you to Phuentsholing. Complete the immigration formalities at the Pedestrian Terminal and collect your entry permit. After check-in, take an evening walk in the main market. Overnight in Phuentsholing (293 m).
It includes 5 nights in 3-star hotels (Gaki Hotel, Hotel Oro Villa and Tiger Nest Hotel in the sample quote), breakfast and dinner, a private car for all transfers and sightseeing, guide charges and the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF). Confirm hotels and inclusions in your written quote.
Adults need an original Voter ID card or a passport valid for at least 6 months. Children under 18 need an original birth certificate in English. Aadhaar, PAN card and driving licence are not accepted. The entry permit is processed at Phuentsholing.
March to May and September to November have clear skies and pleasant weather. Winter is cold with possible snow at higher passes, and the monsoon (June to August) brings rain and landslide risk on the road.
The itinerary includes a view of Tiger’s Nest from the viewpoint, not the full hike to the monastery. The hike takes most of a day, so ask us to add an extra day if you want it.
About 6 hours, with stops at Kharbandi Gumba, Chukha Dam and Wangkha Waterfalls. Hill roads can be slower in rain or fog.

Changes: Postponements or cancellations must be notified in writing at least 15 days before departure.
