Bhutan Heights: 6 Nights 7 Days with the Tiger’s Nest Trek

Travel documents: Adults above 18 need an original Voter ID card or a passport with 6 months’ validity. Children below 18 need an original English birth certificate. Aadhaar, PAN card and driving licence are not accepted.

Inclusions: Sustainable Development Fee and guide charges, an English-speaking guide in Bhutan, a private car, sightseeing as per the itinerary on a point-to-point basis, taxes and allowances, and meals as per the itinerary.

Exclusions: Entrance fees at monasteries, monuments and museums, personal expenses and shopping, any rise in government or state taxes, and anything not listed under inclusions.

Payment:

• Booking 60 to 30 days before travel: 30% of the tour cost plus 5% GST at booking, with the balance as per the schedule shared at confirmation.
• Booking 20 days before travel: 30% plus 5% GST at booking, a further 20% plus 5% GST once the hotel voucher is issued (within 3 business days), and the balance on arrival.
• All payments attract GST. Hotels and services are confirmed only after the advance is received, and missed deadlines may lead to cancellation without notice.
• Payment terms may change for special packages or peak season, with advance notice.

Changes: Postponements or cancellations must be sent in writing at least 15 days before departure.

Refunds: Unused accommodation, meals, transport and sightseeing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No refund for dissatisfaction with services or amenities.

Package policy:

• The itinerary is a suggested plan, and we are responsible only for services charged in the package.
• Hotel check-in and check-out follow each hotel’s rules, and room allocation depends on availability at check-in.
• Costs caused by landslides, road blockages, political disturbances or other natural events are the guest’s responsibility.
• Claims must be raised within one week.
