Tripjyada's Gangtok Pelling Darjeeling best family tour package is a 6 nights, 7 days holiday paced for parents, children and grandparents travelling together. With two nights in each town, there are no daily check-outs, and every sightseeing day leaves time to rest. Children get a snow-fed mountain lake, waterfalls, a glass Skywalk and red pandas at the Darjeeling zoo. Older travellers get monasteries, sunrise views over Kanchenjunga and short walks at each stop rather than long hikes. One private car carries the whole family from Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station and back. Breakfast, permit fees and hotel taxes are included, and rooms are set up for a family of five with an extra bed.

Yes. Sightseeing is done by car with short walks at each stop. Tsomgo Lake sits at 12,400 ft, so families with infants, or elders with heart or breathing conditions, should check with a doctor first.
The package uses two rooms in each hotel, with an extra bed or mattress for the fifth person. Larger families can ask Tripjyada for an extra room.
Pack warm jackets, gloves, caps and sunscreen. It is much colder at the lake than in Gangtok, even on a sunny day.
Travellers under 18 can carry an Aadhaar card or birth certificate. Every family member also needs 4 passport-size photos for permits.
Breakfast is included every day at all three hotels. Lunch and dinner are paid separately, so you can choose food that suits the children.
The walkway has side railings, and children should stay with an adult throughout. Family members uneasy with heights can enjoy the same views from the statue grounds.
