Travel documents: A valid ID proof (Voter ID, passport or driving licence) and 4 passport-size photographs per person. PAN card and Aadhaar are not accepted for adults. Children under 18 should carry a birth certificate.

Payment:

• Booking 60 to 30 days before travel: 20% of the tour cost plus 5% GST at booking, a further 20% plus 5% GST when the hotel voucher is issued (within 3 business days), and the balance on arrival.
• Booking 20 days before travel: 30% plus 5% GST at booking, a further 30% plus 5% GST when the hotel voucher is issued, and the balance on arrival.
• All payments attract GST. Hotels and services are confirmed only after the advance is received, and missed deadlines may lead to cancellation without notice.
• Payment terms may change for special packages or peak season, with advance notice.

Changes: Postponements or cancellations must be sent in writing at least 15 days before departure.

Transport: Parking is limited in Sikkim, so guests should wait in the hotel lobby for pickup. Vehicles are provided sector by sector, and any sector not completed on the closing day may cost extra. Transport is point to point, not for the entire day. Shared vehicles are not allowed to Nathula, so a private SUV is required for that trip.

Refunds: Unused accommodation, meals, transport and sightseeing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No refund for dissatisfaction with services or amenities.

Package policy:

• The itinerary is a suggested plan, and we are responsible only for services charged in the package.
• Hotel check-in and check-out follow each hotel’s rules, and room allocation depends on availability at check-in.
• Costs caused by landslides, road blockages or political disturbances are the guest’s responsibility.
• We are not responsible for loss of luggage or personal belongings.
• Claims must be raised within one week.
