NH15 from Kaziranga toward Bhalukpong is generally reasonable. Mountain road from Bhalukpong to Tawang requires experienced driving — all our drivers are seasoned on Arunachal routes.
Mountain roads can be affected by landslides especially after heavy rain. Tripjyada monitors conditions in real time and has contingency plans for route adjustments.
Kaziranga: Rhinos (very reliable), elephants, water buffalo, swamp deer. Nameri: Great Hornbill, river otter, kingfishers, elephants. Tiger sightings possible but less predictable.
Note:- Valid ID proof (Voter ID / Passport / Driving Licence). PAN Card & Aadhar Card is not acceptable. In case of a child below 18 years bring Aadhar or Birth Certificate. 4 Passport sized photographs of each person.
Bookings Made 60 to 30 Days Prior to Tour Date An advance payment of 30% of the total tour cost + 5% GST is required at the time of booking. The balance amount must be paid as per the company payment schedule communicated at the time of confirmation. Bookings Made 20 Days Prior to Tour Date An advance payment of 30% of the total tour cost + 5% GST is required at the time of booking. Upon issuance of the hotel confirmation voucher (within 3 business days), an additional 20% of the total tour cost + 5% GST must be paid. The remaining balance amount must be settled on the day of arrival.
Cancellation has to be sent to us by Mail/Fax. 30 Days from The Date of Booking: Only Communication Charges Rs.2000 Per Person. 21-30 Days Prior To Departure: 25% Of Tour Cost 11-20 Days Prior To Departure: 50% Of Tour Cost 10 Days Prior To Departure: Full Cancellation Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to minimise the cancellation charges.
